PROJECT ARCHITECT

FULL TIME

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Partners or serve as project lead on assigned projects and specific project design elements, while managing the execution of project specifications with support of staff and subcontractors

  • Specify, draft, and integrate all elements of interior design and interior architecture including, but not limited to, space planning, architectural details, kitchens and bathrooms and other construction documents, as necessary

  • Interface with vendors and subcontractors as needed to coordinate production and project schedules

  • Prepare any necessary materials selection and room finish schedules to facilitate coordination of projects

  • Prepare presentation files and materials for review with clients

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree of Architecture or higher

  • 3-6 years relevant professional experience

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite required

  • Knowledge of SketchUp preferred

  • Communication and presentation skills

  • Project and time management skills

  • Creative talent, enthusiasm, and knowledge of current design trends

INTERIOR DESIGNER

FULL TIME

Responsibilities

  • Undertake design projects from concept to completion

  • Define project requirements and schedule

  • Interpret and translate client needs into a cohesive design

  • Collaborate with Partners or serve as project lead on assigned projects and specific project design elements, while managing the execution of project specifications with support of staff and subcontractors

  • Specify, draft, and integrate all elements of interior design and interior architecture including, but not limited to, space planning, furniture plans, custom design details, kitchens and bathrooms and other construction documents, as necessary

  • Interface with vendors and subcontractors as needed to coordinate production and project schedules

  • Prepare any necessary materials selection and room finish schedules to facilitate coordination of projects

  • Prepare presentation files and materials for review with clients

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Interior Design

  • 2-5 years relevant professional experience

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite required

  • Knowledge of Revit or SketchUp preferred

  • Communication and presentation skills

  • Project and time management skills

  • Creative talent, enthusiasm, and knowledge of current design trends

  • Visual merchandising or interior styling experience

INTERIOR STYLIST

PART TIME / FREELANCE

Responsibilities

  • Work with Designers to coordinate artwork and accessory packages for ongoing projects

  • Place orders and shop locally for project-specific decorative accessories

  • Track orders and maintain in-house inventory

  • Package, transport, and assist designers with staging items on-site

  • Process returns for any unused or damaged items

 

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or higher in a design-related field

  • 1-3 years professional experience

  • Knowledge of industry vendors and current design trends

  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and elevations

  • Solid understanding of design principles, including scale and color

  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and deadlines

  • Clean driving record and ability to lift and transport breakable goods

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office

  • Experience with Intuit Quickbooks and Adobe InDesign preferred

OFFICE MANAGER

PART OR FULL TIME

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain vendor and materials library

  • Order, pick-up, and return material samples to vendors, showrooms, and clients

  • Maintain inventory of any in-house furniture and accessories

  • Source new vendor lines, schedule product rep meetings, and present new product introductions to the design team

  • Oversee all product purchasing and produce weekly order tracking reports

  • Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, deliveries, and installations

  • Establish consistent record keeping for client projects, including all meeting notes, estimates, material samples, and specified products

  • Answer phone, voicemail, and oversee general email account

  • Maintain office supply inventory and general office tidiness

 

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or higher

  • 2-5 years professional experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Impeccable organization skills

  • Ability to follow directions efficiently and effectively

  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office

  • Experience with Intuit Quickbooks and Adobe InDesign preferred
