DELANCEY PLACE TOWNHOME

A Center City townhome renovated from a 5-unit apartment building to a single family home. Both the exterior and interiors were carefully restored to preserve and replicate historic details. This included maintaining original plasterwork, millwork, and leaded glass windows. Custom details were incorporated throughout the home to create an elegant and inviting living environment.
